Coming in 2017 Epix Development will start sales for Brownstones Kingcrest Park in the Fall of 2016. The development consists of 14, 3 bedroom townhomes and two, 2 bedroom townhomes that make up a heritage conversion. The townhomes are split between an A plan and a B plan, both having 3 bedrooms and a heritage house which has been converted into 2 separate 2 bedroom units.
3 Bedroom Townhomes
Plan A
The A plan is 1,235 sqft of indoor space, with a 310 sqft attached garage and a 75 sqft patio. These are over 3 levels. One bedroom is on the ground floor with the garage. This bedroom also has it’s own full bathroom. The main two bedrooms are on the top floor each with their own bathroom.
Plan B
The B plan is 1,150 sqft indoors with a 310 sqft garage and a 55 sqft patio. Similar to the A plan this three bedroom townhouse has one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the top floor. A major different between the B and the A plan is that there are only 2 bathrooms in the B plan as compared to the three bathrooms in the A plan.
2 Bedroom Townhomes
The two bedroom townhomes are in a heritage conversion. They are 1,155 sqft with a 320 sqft garage and 90 sqft patio. These have a mud room on the ground floor and both bedrooms on the top floor.
Architect of this project was Stuart Howard Architects. Stuart Howard Architects is a Vancouver based firm who’s work is defined by innovation, aesthetic refinement and creative problem solving.
Brownstones Kingcrest Park has 8 townhomes along Knight street with the remaining 8 being set back. The back townhomes are A plans and will be priced slightly higher. Expect these townhomes to be priced from the high $700/sqft and up.
Located in the heart of Kensington-Cedar Cottage these townhomes are one block away from Save-On Foods, The Vancouver Public Library and Kingcrest Park. A great area for young families and an easy commute to Richmond or Downtown Vancouver.
