First class. I’m very particular, a little demanding and I place a high value on my time. When you’re arguably making the biggest financial commitment of your life you expect your interests to be taken care of. Casey far surpassed my expectations. My home purchase was not as “simple” as I had imagined it to be.  There were unforeseen complications on the sellers side which affected the completion date. Casey took the time to hear my concerns and listen to my needs.  He made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the differences in neighbourhoods, housing options and cost/benefits of each option.  His background working with Vancouver developers gave him expert insight into the developments and neighbourhoods I was interested in, which was hugely valuable throughout my decision-making process.

Specifically, your professional no pressure methodology is rare to find in the Real Estate world and was much appreciated. Your demeanor with the other real estate agent was always intelligently measured I am most grateful for your quick and patient advice regarding option assessment, re-sale opportunity and layout style choice. You respectfully gave me information that with my inexperience I did not realize and empowered me to make decisions. Not once did I feel that you were pushing me in any direction.

Your previous experience selling pre-builds was evident in the careful approach that you exhibited to make savvy recommendations and negotiations. Every “T” was crossed and every “I” dotted… you even caught and error from another real estate agent! Your method of selling was both meticulous and easy going I never felt that you were not on the ball, but I also never felt any level of pressure which I appreciate.

I especially appreciate the negotiation to include some of the “add-ons” with my purchase. Specifically, you were able to negotiate hardwood throughout the condo instead of carpeting and something that was important to me.

New To Vancouver

We are relatively new to the city and as first time homebuyers we had very little idea what it entails to buy a property in Vancouver.
