Quebec Corner is a nine-unit townhouse development on Quebec and 15th.  This development, located in Mount Pleasant, used to be the site of a fourplex which was demolished to give way to these nine contemporary townhomes.  The area, one block West of Main Street, is quickly developing with more contemporary multifamily units.  Quebec Corner was one of the first contemporary townhome complexes to be built in this section of Mount Pleasant.

Size ranges from a 745sqft one bedroom up to multiple 1,270sqft two bedroom townhomes.  All of Quebec Corner is finished with bamboo flooring in the main areas and carpets in the bedrooms.  Large porcelain tiles are found in the kitchen and bathrooms.  Quality white quartz countertops and glass backsplash are found in the kitchen along with Wenge cabinetry.  All homes come with gas cooktops and quality stainless steel appliances.  Over-height ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in both the front and the back provide and abundance of natural light.  Each home comes with a secured underground parking stall and plenty of in-suite storage.

The developer was Summit Development.  They used b2architecture inc for their architectural design and outsourced Christina Oberti Interior to design the modern sleek finishes in the homes.  All parties are local to Vancouver and know in the construction community.

Availability in Quebec Corner

These homes rarely are available and are highly desirable for both downsizing couples or young families.  Mount Pleasant Park is just one block away and perfects for dogs, young kids, and teenagers who want to either skateboard or play basketball.  Saint Pat’s elementary and  Simon Fraser Elementary are all just one block away.  For groceries, Save-On-Foods just right around the corner.

Main Street has become one of Vancouver’s most hip places to live.  This section of Main has an abundance of bars, restaurants, and boutique clothing stores that have really helped to build this area.  You will find young families, entrepreneurs and students all living in this area.  Main Street was voted one of the coolest streets in North America this past year by Cushman and Wakefield.
